1. Dough
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon of salt
half a cup of water
2. Stuffing (can be mixed with vegetables according to your own adjustment)
½ pound ground meat
Half a cup of water
One and a half spoons of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
a spoonful of ginger
A spoonful of green onions
A spoonful of sesame oil
1/2 cup seaweed cole slaw agar
3. Dips
Three spoons of brewed vinegar
配方：
1. 面团
普通面粉一杯
盐一茶匙
水半杯
2. 馅 （跟据自己调节可素可混）
半磅肉馅
半杯水
酱油一勺半
盐半茶匙
糖半茶匙
姜一勺
葱一勺
香油一勺
半杯海藻菜丝琼脂
3. 蘸料
酿制醋三勺
Timing:
Steam for 5 to 7 minutes till the meat is fully cooked.
