[e-mail] Came to me crushed, covered in thick grime and dust..from a client, his childhood Cowboy hat !
This was pretty bad, but it cleaned up well,
his hat from when he was a kid,
a client found it in an attic or something, crushed, covered in dust and greasy grime..
I was able to resurrect it for free, no charge for this service!
(although he did pay to have a new leather sweatband installed by our hat Maker)
