STEAM STERILIZE and REUSE Greenhouse Propagation Trays, Nursery Pots and Containers

Commercial greenhouse growers use hundreds, sometimes thousands of trays, pots, and benches in their greenhouse operation each season. This can result in a huge outlay of money if the trays aren't reused and recycled. However, reusing containers without properly sterilizing them compounds weed contamination problems, and can result in an even bigger problem.
Many growers have began using steam to sterilize their growing containers. Utilizing steam allows reuse of growing containers without hazardous chemicals.
A Steam-Flo low pressure steam generator is plumbed to a shipping container to steam the growing trays. Allowing the trays to reach 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes insures that all pathogens, weed seeds, nematodes, and other contaminates are removed from the trays.
