Mark I Video (which is the source of this video) has a practice of using dubbed audio in their vintage programs in addition to making them narration-free. In this case, the whistle is coming from NYS&W 142, a Chinese steam locomotive. This engine can be seen in "The Valley Railroad" and "Susquehanna Steam Express."
