Steamed Garlic Lobster 『蒜蓉龙虾』

Instructions: Steamed Garlic Lobster
Preparing two lobster tails, 10 oz vermicelli, 1 garlic
Cut lobster tails in half.
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for about 30 minutes
Preparing garlic juice:
a teaspoon of pepper
minced garlic
0-1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 to 3 teaspoons of cooking oil
Mix well
Preparing a plate:
A spoonful of sugar
A spoonful of soy sauce
A spoonful of oyster sauce
A spoonful of cooking oil
Rinsing the noodles thoroughly
Mix vermicelli with the spices on the plate.
Open the back of the lobster and fill it with garlic juice.
Take stuffed lobsters on top of the dish.
Bring the water to a boil and take the plate in.
Steam for about 5 minutes
