“I’ve been to Krusty Burger hundreds of times” I guess cut this because they didn’t want Chalmers to get too suspicious

"I've got no other roasts" is pretty hilarious if you think about it. "Say, Superintendent, do you mind waiting for roughly 4 hours while I cook another roast?"
@DoroNijimaru8 ай бұрын
lol if he had another roast, the plot would be him trying to speedcook it 🤣, he'd probably still burn the house down

Perhaps that's why they cut it, like they figured a savvy chef would notice the plot hole there since Chalmers probably wouldn't wait that long.

What if he has a precooked roast or something
@benbot0733 Жыл бұрын
So, three things. 1. Apparently, since it was originally dinner, the whole sketch would have messed with the continuity of the episode. 2. Skinner's line of having no roasts left quietly implies that he either cooks roast regularly or eats nothing but roasts. 3. The aurora borealis gag was left pretty much unchanged, which was probably the best decision they could have made.

"Localized" is the kind of word that's easier said with more common words like "contained" or "solely", so I was surprised they had it in the original draft too. Not very surprised, they're professional writers after all. But a little bit.

ai was fine for this though. if you used sentence mixing you'd likely bring in inflections that might take away from the point of the video, which is to show precisely what the original script said. idk 🙃

Chalmers yelling SEYMOUR is part of the *music segment,* he doesn't actually yell at him during the scene. It's actually a pet-peev of mine with Steamed Hams videos that go by that misconception.
