Please do another test on high heat 😍. Love watching these types of videos as I'm thinking about finally purchasing a steampod myself. I do wash and gos exclusively so I'm very hesitant to silk press my hair

Thank you! This was really helpful. It really seemed like the 3.0 was better. I don’t like the idea of the outside plates of the 4.0 being hot even with the covers on. I’ve used my mum’s 3.0 and the waves it gave were good enough for me! I’m pleased to go with the 3.0 now and save some money 🙏

I also have the steampod 2 and 3 - I prefer the steampod 2 by far because the steam output is greater (it’s obvious, but there’s info on the exact steam output on the boxes so you can confirm). Because of this I feel like my hair gets a bit sleeker, & definitely feels softer and more hydrated. I’ve kept the steampod 3 because the integrated water reservoir makes it more compact & suited for travel.
