@RavenDarknyte6 жыл бұрын
probably. you'd wanna use actual glass for the window and use an epoxy that's food-safe to hold it (or even food-grade silicone to help with waterproof- alcohol and plastic containers don't get along; and you could just forgo the window altogether to play it safe- and then just make sure to wash it well and often between steps to make sure you dont get any copper shavings in your booze.
@VileStorms6 жыл бұрын
you can if you make sure that everything is sealed good and that the epoxy is food safe and that the solder is lead free.

you could use a glass flask and make a shell like this around it a friction fit, if it can be done with leather I foresee no problems doing it the copper or brass route. kinda like this cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1064/4168/products/opt-hip-flask-8-back-detail-IMG_2417_grande.jpg?v=1527191127 easily replicated in copper or brass. Sharon Benson i suspect he would but to extremely limited advance order. You are basically commissioning a work of art here and therefore it will attract art gallery prices. Each one of these would be unique as all parts are hand fashioned and finished with nothing stamped or pressed. Undoubtedly you could automate production of these but they would be identical in every respect.
