Very cool. I don’t know if anyone else viewing this thought the same as me, but this is basically the Songbird espresso machine. Wish this was mass produced (and yes, sans capsules) so I could buy one but it looks handcrafted and one of a kind. What a delightful, intricate machine.

The aesthetic loving side of me really likes this, but the sewing machine collector in me does not. A pitty that a Pfaff hand crank had to be destroyed. Yet this is quite brilliant, nice job :) Edit: Ich hoffe mein Kommentar ist nicht Negativ empfunden worden. Ich finde es toll wie sie dies gemacht Haben :)

I get really tired of seeing people take plastic crap and painting it or some other rubbish like sticking gears on it and calling it steampunk, the very ethos is about making things out of REAL MATERIALS! Leather, brass, copper, steel, wood. That's what makes steampunk so awesome! Not plastic!
