You can just hold F1! It's a stock feature apparently, no mods needed.

This mod should be compatible with all languages as it doesn't edit any text files. Better language support for other mods is something that is being worked on, so you can expect to see that in the future

@@_ace_defective_ I think it's weird, but when I play it in Spanish the options menu appears in English and crashes, and then the areas where the game changes, as at the beginning of the game, as in the dream of the protagonist, the texts appear in English.

@@manuelhernandez771 It may be a limitation of the current modding framework or a differing mod. The best way to receive help is to join the Persona modding discord and make a help thread about it
