There is an additional component where you get monthly NPS contribution from company side which accounts for around 8% of (Basic+DA) which comes around 6k to 7k per month depending upon company profit before tax. It is being contributed by company direct to your NPS account. (Its not a deduction from salary rather a contribution from company and it's non taxable).

PSU semi government hai iske kuch shares govt ke pass aur baaki psu khud k paas. Esliye job security ki chinta mat karo, ye fully secured job hai. Jyada se jayada suspension milti hai bass

Probation Tak kuch bhi kar sakti hain... Railtel jaisi PSU main probation departmental exam aur interview se clear hoti hain... Interview main bhi bande fail ho kar naukri Gaba chuka hain

Executive ko sara facility milta h. Like as furniture advance, laptop allowance, dress allowance, mobile allowance. But non exe ko yha kuch nhi milta h.

congratulations for your AIR 92 brother ; You need to finalize the preference of your own after seeing the pros and cons of every company like transfers, remote location , salary , perks etc. I dont want to influence your decision from my suggetion.
