That's great bro I am also invested my time in government job preparation for 5 years. Right now I have not specific skills for to get a better job in New Delhi These are my qualification:- 12th up board BA in 2022 B.Ed in 2024 CTET in Dec 2022 ADCA 2021-2022 CCC feb 2022 Worked as a tutor for 2 years up to 10th standard. But right now I don't know what I have to do? Please bro suggest me how can I get a better job😢😢😢😢😢 please

@@gaurav6237 sir I am working in a private company and this is my biggest complain about private sector even if ur ok u will thrown out if u dont want to be thrown out then u need to be excellent and that's really hard i mean really hard it's highly impossible to be excellent he'll be very good is also extremely difficult if private jobs would have atleast given minimal job security when I say job security i don't mean not working but I mean u will be retained so long ur slightly above average this would make us really feel at ease

My contribution 10% evey month 4000 in NPS . The same amount i can ivest in any mutual fund asper setup SIP IT WILL GIVE RETURN after 25 years it will be 2.59 crores. In UPS lumsum amount not given. if government not given lumsum amount. abhi uska contribution18.5percent increase kiyatho ham ko kya faida hai. Kuch bhi logic nahi hai.

Sir, I've through your video, it's really helpful, but sir, I have a doubt; Sir, I'm interested in academia job, currently I'm enrolled in PhD at IIT Jodhpur, along side, I also get selected in (Bharat Petroleum Corporate Ltd) BPCL at GMT post, I'm 22 year old, Is it worth to leave PSU job for PhD and aim to become professor in some good Institutes after PhD? Or looking for part time Ph.D along with Job can be a better option?

See if you are already interested in doing academics in your career then you shd carry on with your PhD only, you shd always try to do what you always want to do. PhD with job may not be the better option as the PhD requires a lot of time and doing with job will be very tough.

In unified pension scheme ..that total amount deposited in virtual account by 10% from employer contribution and 18.5 % from govt department contribution, At the time of retirement at age 60..the govt should make changes in percentage allocation of total corpus amount, like 10% one time allocated amount and remaining 90% as a pension fund is not anyhow justiciable..bcz in this its indirectly means of controlling majority of portion by govt side, bcs who knows upto how long that pensionner and his spouse will able to utilize that amount from pension fund, at such age so many health issues likely to occur. So beter that allocation should be 60 % percent one time amount and remaining 40 % to be treated as pensioner fund..that somehow sensible.

Make a video doing a roughly calculation with NPS returns 10-12% annually And compare NPS and UPS returns as a lumpsum Take it as servant gets retired at the age of 60 and lives till the age of 90 (after 80 it doesn't matter anyways :( ) For salary increment (whoever will quote for govt servant salary never increases it just goes neck to neck with inflation) Compare with all the basic pay i.e. first row of pay matrix in 7th CPC
