as recent as few months ago in 2024, there are some Japanese who wish this game to be put in steam, from their comments in official Konami channel video's comment section. I tried to dig around more of the character design illustrations for reference collecting, say for sculpts, and remembered that Nagi Ryou(other works; Ar Tonelico, Heavy Object) got their online presence nuked; gone from twitter, pixiv, and I was like just big sad, can't even find back views of the Hound/Characters, to make it even sadder, I guess the materials never got out even to Japanese public for fanarts to be made, save a very few figures that I own from mercari.
