I would grant you knighthood for a song that would be written for the following story about another part of my family: This song brought forth a memory of my family’s past, when our castle was burned and a price was placed upon all of our heads, 100 gold coins for each man, woman and child. Those that survived and fled planned our revenge. No detail was to small, nothing could be left to chance! As the assassin Nobili family gushed in their new wealth celebrating the past year’s victories and the murder they thought complete, we planned. So complete, so well planned, so utterly terrible was this vengeance, that it impressed all warring factions, that no retribution was allowed by either Pope, Emperor or Republic.
