I agree with everything you guys are saying, all these things are obvious, and have been the same for years. Different coaches different players, same result on the field. I like Tomlin, but he needs to change.

What happened to Herbig? Seems like he was doing well earlier in the season, but disappeared by the end.

even though Fields and Russ are totally different it wont really matter who returns, either guy will have the same results 9-8 or 10-7

Ok it’s obvious there’s no creativity but… what did they do about it? Nothing. What will they do next season? Nothing. This is why the fans are so frustrated. Any other team would clean house. As of today still no changes even though it doesn’t work.
