I love the fact that, unlike other retellings, here Pac Man acts as he should act Here he is not the monster they say he would be in a real movie On the contrary, here he looks like someone relaxed, happy, but who knows when to be the hero. And I think that's the image Bandai wants to convey of Pac-Man, and I'm glad I've portrayed him that way.

I meant it felt extremely distant from promotional artwork, other games in the series, and the original intended ideas and themes behind Pac-Man's characters. One example is making the ghosts creepy monsters in this, when they were always intended to be cute, likable characters, despite being enemies.

This could seriously be a feature length film. That's what it feels like, it feels like an early scene from a feature length film that doesn't actually exist. Imagine the ghosts getting free and causing havoc on a worldwide scale and then Pacman going out there and saving the world. If this had a much larger budget, I would so watch a Pac-Man movie in cinemas with this exact style.
