Im a jets fan so unbiased in this. I dont trust any reveiver from SF or the rams in a new system. Mcvay and shanahan are probably the two best coaches in the game right now
@stackorstarve8291Ай бұрын
Maybe Deebo yes a guy who struggles to get open and is Shanahan made but Aiyuk is top 3 if not best route runner in the league so I wouldn’t hesitate to pay him 27-30 mill a year tbh

Ayuk is a great player and deserves what he wants he thinks he's worth. However, the Steelers do not need to make that move for this season. Mahomes won the Chip with 1 great WR and TE. Except last year the only weapon the Chiefs had was Kelce. Let's take a breather and relax before we go broke trying to do too much this season.

30 mil per year would destroy our cap and our depth

Makes more sense to look for a WR2 or stay put unfortunately. Hope that Pickens is that man and can come out and absolutely ball!

Both of these guys live in the middle of the field. You know the part of the field that Wilson can't see because he is too short.

He would have to take the hometown discount if he wants a Superbowl ring. 🤷🏼♂️ Look at what all those star players did for tom brady in tampa bay!??? They took major pay cuts to win a ring. To some players thats just more important

Other teams know we need a WR1A, so they will ask for a ransom. I can't see the Steelers paying either 49er player 30 million a year knowing Pickens will want a KINGS RANSOM if he balls out over the next 2 years and more productivethan AIYUK, so that would be horrible. Yet, getting Aiyuk, Samuel, or DK Metcalf would be awesome!
