Another awesome video man. Fishing been good for sure, I live in mid-west Michigan and its great fishing around me for sure. My rod is a 13 foot closer by Lamiglas. It is a 4-8 pound line rated… and reel is a 5 inch John Milner!

Just had a question about the lamiglas closer rods. Do you think a lamiglas 6-10lb the closer would be able to handle king salmons? Trying to keep the setup as light as possible without snapping a rod.

It is a little light for having that rod be $600 I would probably go the next weight up.. I’ve caught king on accident on my 4-8 but they were boot lol
