Tried and true. Same way I cure my salmon eggs. But I do red and pick. Sometime chop up live sand shrimp and throw it in while it’s curing. Love your products. It’s all in use.

So I messed up. I’m trying to tie egg sacks and didn’t remove egg from skein before cure. What do I do now

Just take the eggs of the skein and wrap em up

What temperature you are let them cure, I follow the recipe and on my eggs are like crystals left really hard and doesn’t melt?

How long should I wait for the juice to suck back into the eggs? I followed the directions exactly and it’s been 20hours and there is still sooooo much juice. Should I wait 48 hours?

I dry eggs single in a dehydrator and make beads out of them...then swing beads to catch them...

Sure does, especially trout. Salmon tend to prefer Fire Cure.

I would definitely recommend putting your atlas scents on your eggs before your cure. All you did was make the scent clump into one ball.

LC, These are hatchery fish that are being kept. Not wild fish.
