Great video and such gorgeous scenery. For anyone thinking your tooting you own horn for saying how good your own spice is. The only thing I can say is that it really is that good. While trying to conserve my bottle, 😏I literally find myself putting it on everything. It's an all purpose spice, not just good on fish. My husband just told me I need to spend the $50 on shipping and buy the 3 pack of spice as we are eating it currently on bbq chicken nachos and chicken wings. Lol. Im glad your feeling better Ace. Food poisoning is no joke for sure.

Best fish I ever had was fish I caught and cooked the same day outdoors hands down. I love this channel now. I just watched one and then I was hooked. I never knew I liked fishing until I watched this channel. I went out with my older friend( I’m 17) and caught three catfish. Now these were a different catfish, I don’t recall the name but I know it was a type of catfish. Anyways when I brought it home, I prepared it like Ace did. I made like 8 fillets, and gave them to my sister and my parents! And it was so delicious guys! So thanks to Ace I’m an amateur fisherman 😄 I love fishing so much! Ps if you couldn’t tell, I’m love your videos Ace, and you inspired me so much, I’m just a homeschooled kid who plays video games all the time...how’d you manage to inspire me like that😂thanks man. Hey, Ace. Just a quick recommendation as a cook, bring some vegetable oil or grape-seed oil along with your butter. If you go half and half butter and oil then you can cook your fish on a higher heat without the butter burning. Better seer, especially when eating the skin, and only takes 2-3 minutes to cook! Thanks for the videos!

Filet the fish properly ..... Put basil leaves inside of the cut ...cut lemon slices and layer on top of the basil . Cut onion rings thin and layer on top of lemon. Add an other layer of basil and tie fillets together . Wrap in bannana leaves ND bake ..... Chopped chives put in small bowl ...put butter in bowl with chives ND mix together . Take fillets out ... Heat up knife ...take chives butter ND melt over fillets .
