Try not to harvest too many from that river. Numbers are lower and lower fish the north tribs if u wanna keep fish that actually taste good.

Thats funny, I been fishing for steelhead over 20 years and never heard that rule. As long as you're within the regulations you can keep it. lmao "unwritten rule".
