I saw SCR at the Cat's Cradle a couple of years ago and they BROUGHT DOWN THE HOUSE ! Nikki's fiddleplaying was absolutely off the hook! The band has always exceeded my expectations every time I have seen them since. They really bring a new slant/edge to the bluegrass scene as did AKUS, NGR,& DLQS have done in the past to give the music freshness and life while expanding the fan base well beyond the usual medium.

Love this fiddler. All his smarts come out in his playing. One of the best things: the unaccompanied Bach on his music stand.
