Nice to see there's finally some snow coming! Do you guys dig any test pits before hitting the steep stuff? That's the one thing I don't see on any of these channels. The reason most of us old guys probably avoided avalanches back in the day is because our machines couldn't get us into any of the dangerous spots too early in the year lol! Had to wait til spring conditions most years.

Broke my drive shaft one time and my track wouldn’t even turn so we couldn’t tow the sled it was not easy to get out 😂

Great video, Ty. Please let us know why BRP figures the shaft broke, was it covered under warranty. I dealt with a service guy in Edmonton, his statement basically was there is no shaft issue.

Yea I haven’t heard of a shaft issue with the g4 but seen a few on the g5 now
