I just got a tan tremor a couple days ago and the heated seats and heated steering wheel were on. I didn't have a clue how to turn them off. Took a while to find the buttons.

Haha that must have been frustrating. I was just in a Heritage where the cluster screen was stuck on Spanish. How are you liking it so far?

@@CarsWithSteve I love it. I traded my 2021 ranger for it. I miss the ranger but i always wanted the Maverick

Always good to hear when people are loving their rides. Bit smaller of a ride but everyone I talk to with a Maverick loves it! Have you had a chance to check out the new 2024 Ranger yet?
@Darkice779 ай бұрын
@@CarsWithSteve I haven't looked at the new rangers. I like the mini trucks. The smaller the better. The only reason i bought my ranger was because they canceled my fist Maverick order. I've been trying to get one for about 3 years.

3 year wait is wild, you must have been so pumped when you actually got it! The 2024 has a re-done interior and some new exterior highlights but has the same 2.3L as your '21

Looks like kilometers only on the dash. Is this a Canada model?
@CarsWithSteve10 ай бұрын
It is.. no difference between Canada/USA features and how they work
@Darkice779 ай бұрын
Mine was like that too. Its changeable in the settings.

Could you explain how to adjust the AFE bias in engineering mode? My mileage is 2 to 3 miles per gallon less than what the dash reading shows. I would like for it to be more accurate.
@CarsWithSteve4 ай бұрын
Wish I could but I haven't spent much time playing around with engineering mode.. This forum post does a pretty good job explaining it though: www.broncosportforum.com/forum/threads/using-engineering-test-mode.8078/

@@CarsWithSteve Thanks!

@@CarsWithSteve I tried that but can't get it to work. I can get to engineering mode, but don't know how to get to the adjustment screen. Also, it is for Bronco, so don't know if Maverick is the same.

How to I place the digital speedometer on screen
@CarsWithSteve6 күн бұрын
If you have the Lariat it would show up like how it is in this video. If you're in the XL or XLT you'll need to use the rocker switch on the right side of the steering wheel to move into the digital speed. You need to make sure it's set up in the MyView screen
@laserdad6 ай бұрын
So did they do away with the speed display that almost every other vehicle has?
@CarsWithSteve6 ай бұрын
There's a traditional speedometer on the right side of the cluster and the digital speed is viewable in the middle.. it's visible at the beginning of the video

I have a 2024 mav lariat with lux and 360 pkgs, but not traffic sign recognition. What gives? TIA.
@CarsWithSteveАй бұрын
As far as I know, the Maverick doesn't have that feature

I just talked to a ford rep and they said it's on sync 4, not sync 3 which I have.
@CarsWithSteveАй бұрын
Yeah that would make sense. So it'll be coming to the re-designed 2025 model
@rkaraidos11 ай бұрын
Sorry it's still a Ford

You could say that about any manufacturer. Have you ever owned one?

I get it them at you aren’t a Ford fan. I have a Toyota with lots of miles. It has been a total nightmare process getting this truck. I originally got one with the battery stole out of it. Then it finally got delivered but not to me. They order another 24 model that I got a week ago. I’m more than happy to, even with all that I’ve been through to get it, even that I had to pay 3k more, and even if it’s a Ford. I’m impressed totally. There’s places I want to go, and this is the perfect vehicle to do it. I got a hybrid. I’m happy.
