The shorter the antenna the smaller the range of the FM station you're tuning in. It's physics. The yraditional 30 inch rod on older vehicles is a quarter wave. That was when radio mattered.

You know I totally agree. I have a boat and the vhf external antenna is very important for reception. With the Maverick I never use the radio, I either use Apple Music or amazon music, but I usually listen to podcasts. So the larger antenna doesn’t really matter to me. As to the phone holder - lovely idea, but im going with a wireless carplay box. You should definitely have a link with your amazon pickups and try to get some money doing that.

My wife loves her Maverick and when I got her the Weathertechs for her she was quite pleased. Perfect fit. He’s right. I paid about $225. I just got the embossed tailgate letters for her for Christmas. Good video man.

Thanks, i had a Tacoma and it came with rubber floor mats. After about 6 months the sides were rolling up and it was such thin rubber that it drove me crazy. The weather tech Matts will last forever and clean up easy. Plus I hope you and your family have a great Christmas. You can take this with a grain of salt. The most useful addon's I have done to my maverick is the bug guard on the hood. A few weeks ago a rock came off a flatbed trailer and hit the front of my hood it was loud. I was thinking there goes a 1000.00 body shop visit. I immediately pulled off the road and walked to the front of my truck. there was a little divot in the plastic no damage to my hood. I have the one from Ford. The second one was the Muslogy for Maverick Mud Flaps Front & Rear Mud Guards Accessories No Drilling Required Exterior Accessories Splash Guard Compatible with Ford Maverick 2022-2024 4Pcs. They took me 15 minutes to install.

Hello, so I have 2 tonneau cover videos. 1 Rollup and 1 trifold. I prefer the rollup because we have small beds. The cover in the video has been discontinued, so I recommend this one by tyger. Fred - Have you added any power side mirrors to your XL Maverick and if so do you have any advice and or videos on the installation?

I only had 3 options. 1) was co-pilot 360 because it’s going to be my son’s first car. He hat option came with power mirrors. I don’t know what’s involved, but unfortunately in today’s day and age you probably have to program the computer in the car. I would post that question on the Facebook Maverick pages, I’m sure someone has tried. Good luck and let me know how you make out.

Does the XL have the middle pull down in the back seat? You may be able to get the center arm rest for the back that has the cup holders.

Unfortunately the XL does not have the armrest with cup holders. Some day I might buy a seat back from a junk yard.

I like the Tonneau cover you have installed! The one you linked seems to be different though, the link seems to be for the cover you installed in your install video. But the one you show in this video seems to be not a trifold but a roll up style. Could you let me know which cover you got? It looks to be perfect for my needs and I am not a fan of the trifold design being as it covers much more of the bed when rolled up than I would like.

Yes, spray in bed liner is definitely the way to go. The difference is $150 for the mat and $700 for the spray in.

Yes, I purchased a roll of this amzn.to/498wVte I went with black but it comes in many colors. It’s also air release so it’s very easy to install. Just make sure you clean the area and then use some rubbing alcohol to make sure there’s no wax. Then I measure where I wanted the vinyl and cut it out. I rounded the edges and then pealed the backing off and laid it down with a squeegee. The front was longer than the back. It’s easy, now it’s only vinyl so it won’t hold up well to work boots but sneakers no problem. It you never played down vinyl it’s pretty easy, and if you mess up just peal it off and try again. It’s inexpensive. Good luck let me know how you make out.

Hello, the ones on the steelie are the ones that came from my ford dealer when I picked up the truck. I would guess the best place would be either eBay Or Facebook marketplace. I changed my wheels to bronco sport wheels and now have the little bronco as a center cap. I sold the steelie. Good luck
