I started to see that Caroline is better than Elena. She completes Stefan in a lot of ways and she has always been there for him when no other person was. She is perfect for him and he is perfect for her. On the other hand, I will always love Stefan and the human Elena together... but I don't see a "fairy tale ending for them" any more.
