Hey everybody, so FINALLY here it is… the truth is that this took me one week, I worked in it all the nights because was the only time I had “free”, but now that I see it in youtube, I am sure that all was worth it. As I said in Twitter, I wanted to make a video but I could not... was so much pain when I saw the finale and I’m still broken.. and I think that I will be in that way forever. But I knew that I couldn’t move on with my life if I didn’t do this.. this is for all the steroline shippers, for the actors.. for their effort to make this story the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.
As everyday all of us say it in Twitter, Stefan deserved better, Stefan & Caroline deserved better and WE deserved better.. and I am not sure if I have to blame Kevin Williamson, but the only truth is that that death was TOTALLY unnecessary.. I mean.. Couldn’t Stefan just kill again Katherine and push her into the fire and stay safe with Damon? Wasn’t the most logical solution? I don’t know.. for me was forced.. and don’t make me talk about the Klaus’s letter.. What the.. like actually.. WHAT F*** HELL! Has passed one month.. but I still don’t understand.. However, the only thing I can do is to remember them as the epic love they had, as the amazing moments they brought to us.. and not lost hope.. I’ll wait for a Steroline reunion one day. They'll always be ENDGAME.💙

I hate the creators because it was so stupid. It was always about Elena and Damon's happiness. Didn't matter how many people they screwed over just to achieve that. Caroline deserved better and so did Bonnie. They killed off Enzo for absolutely no fucking reason. I cried my heart out, I couldn't stop. Bonnie and Enzo had finally found the kind of love that they both deserved. Bonnie spent her life sacrificing herself for stupid Elena's sake and Enzo had been wronged all his life. And they were finally happy. And Stefan sacrificed himself for his brother again. And after everything he's done, Damon gets to be happy and life a long human life with Elena. They screwed over all the good people - the ones who actually deserved happiness for a change. It was so stupid and unfair, I could go on for the entire day.

I feel like in the case of Caroline, she gets to be the biggest love in Stefan's life. Based on that saying that you get to experience 3 types of relationship in your life, these 2 fit perfectly. Well, Stefan had Katherine, the first love, the irresponsible and toxic one, the one that leaves you heartbroken, and the type of love that will never end up well....She had Matt...Than he had Elena, the second love, the one that will take you up & down, the one where you will learn about yourself and your partner but sadly a love that won't reach forever...She had Tyler... And lastly, these 2 with a love that reached maturity, both in age as well as in experience. They started out as friends that truly supported one another and understood each others pain, they grew and consolidated their relationship long before they ended up as a couple (husband and wife), they did not started their relationship with a cliché hot sex scene and than suddenly realize "oh I love you,"nor did Caroline reminded Stefan of a past lover that became the no.1 reason to approach her. The entourage brought them together, the circumstances, their friendship, the trials that they've been put through, a love that reached forever

For those who say Stefan didn’t love Caroline as much as he loved Elena, ur wrong. He just loved her in a different way. First of all, he was drawn to Elena in the first place because she looked exactly like Katherine, and when he actually got to know her he ultimately fell in love (love at first sight is also just kinda unrealistic and type cheesy not gonna lie). While he was with Elena, he was so overprotective and it feels like in every episode he was just tryna make sure Elena wasn’t getting killed. Not to mention, after he flips his humanity back on he has to wait for Elena to figure out her feelings about Damon, which in my opinion he didn’t really deserve. But with Caroline, their love was more gradual. He protected her in the beginning by teaching her how to be a vampire. And Caroline even supported Stelena because she saw how good of a person Stefan was from the first moment she saw him. But when Elena broke his heart, he got closer to Caroline and she was the one that made him laugh and dance again. When he’s with Caroline he seems genuinely happy, joking around and smiling. And that’s why his love for Caroline was different then his love for Elena.

No hatred or anything but everything you just said described Caroline's selfless love for Stefan. I did love their friendship because it was genuine from both side. But I never really felt like Stefan really loved Caroline... He always left her for something or someone. She was heartbroken by him multiple times but yet whenever he asked for forgiveness, she never hesitated. He was her weakness. She loved him very very much. But I really cannot think of atleast one scene where I thought Stefan had the same feelings for Caroline as she did. And in the end, he again chose someone else over Caroline just a few hours after taking those vows and yet there Caroline was saying that she understood... That just shows Caroline's love for him. I never felt that Stefan really loved her the same way or anyway other than a protective friend. But no offence, it's my opinion. And your opinion is yours. No hard feelings or anything!

I loved how their relationship progressed over time, it wasn't perfect, it wasn't the "boy meets girl, girl meets boy, boy and girl fall in love" story that we are so familiar with. They were just two people who kept getting stuck together constantly by circumstances. They build trust from the bottom up, loyalty was established, friendship grew and they leaned on each other. But like life there were bumps on the road, like people they made mistakes (big and small), awful things happened along the way, it shattered them, but they picked themselves up and evolved. They found their way back to each other and for a brief moment they were happy in love. Their love was epic, thank you for the journey.

You know what's the best thing about Steroline? Their best friend phase was a best friend phase. No unnecessary sexual tensions and crushes on each other, they just genuinely cared about each other so much they did things that no one would for anybody. Stefan stole glances at a happy Caroline, smiled to himself just because he was her best friend. That's it. And that made their love so strong, when they fell in love with each other. They already knew what they wanted the most-each other's happiness. And that made them both act like idiots and push each other away at times because they thought the other one would be better off without them. They were self sacrificial, and were ready to hurt over and over just so the other one could be happy. Stefan, who hasn't fell in love so deep in almost two centuries, had fallen in love with a woman and planned to have an eternity with her. He finally fell in love with the right girl, a girl so good it made him question if he was worthy of her. And she made sure to remind him, he was worthy of all the happiness in the world. As a human, when he didn't have an eternity, Stefan still wanted to be good enough for her in the lifetime given.

I just rewatched as well and i actually appreciate Klaroline more than before. See, Stefan and caroline relationship was a friendship all the way up to season 7, but then they suddenly become romantically involved. It felt ingenuine tbh, mainly because Stefan compared caroline to his bestfriend lexi. Which if that was the case, him and lexi could have gotten romantically involved, they should have done the same to Bonnie and damon like they did in the novels lol. We ship klaus and caroline because we saw the way klaus looked at caroline, how he was willing to change for her. There's a reason that Steroline works. It's because they started as friends, became best friends, each other's moral compass, their ties to humanity and eventually a couple. Same is the case with Delena. The reason Stefan dies is because of the mistakes he committed throughout his life. There were too many to count really, and though I miss him, it's nice that the story of tvd began and ended with him. The thing is, Damon and Elena had no other possible romantic partners available, which is why they had to end up together. Stefan had to meet Lexi and finally be at peace. Caroline had her twins, Alaric and of course, who can forget about Klaus. Does anyone else remember Klaus saying to Caroline, "Tyler is your first love, I intend to be your last." Well, he ended up just that now didn't he? So the ending of tvd might have been very different had Nina Dobrev not left. But in a way, the ending was almost perfect. PS, I wouldn't have minded if Matt had died and Enzo had lived. I do think that Bonnie had a rough end.

Watching this vid reminds me of the special bond Stefan and Caroline had. Their love and friendship will always have a place in my heart, but the last episode changed everything for those beloved characters. I think it's cruel of the creators to take away her happiness and not give us some closure where Caroline is concerned, instead they tease fans with a possible crossover, a possible match between Klaus and Caroline, which might never happen on TO. Remember when he went to a coffin to desicate when stefan needed him same as when he was dancing with elena at some ball to save her from embarrassment, when his brother needed him. So when I first heard of The Vampire Diaries, I saw the first few episodes and saw the whole Elena/Stefan thing. Then I was shocked to hear Damon/Elena, Stefan/Katherine, Klaus/Caroline, yadda yadda yadda. It was confusing. Then I heard about Stefan and Caroline so I decided to research them. And I found to like them because of how much they grew to like each other, how much they grew to need each other. It was great. It almost reminded me of Buffy/Spike (and I hate Spuffy, but respect it). In all this confusion, I like that these two fought through tough shit and came out smelling like roses. Yet the ending sucked smelly nutsack.

I'm just pissed off that Bonenzo and Steroline were BOTH needlessly sacrificed to the Delena altar. It was like the show and the writers were saying "nope! Elena is the only one that deserves a happy ending, Bonnie and Caroline can't outshine her by also having their happy endings, che! What, do they think they're equal, they and their lovers must sacrifice themselves for Damon and Elena's sakes, of course, that's the natural order!" Screw that shit.

Wow. I didn't think I'd watch the whole 50 minutes but here I am! I stopped watching the show a few years back to be honest because in my opinion, the writers got lost and it seemed to me that they were just trying to make TVD last as long as possible creating stories that ruined the credibility of the show. But GOD. I have wanted Steroline to happen ever since that scene in the bathroom where he tells her than he won't let anything happen to her. The chemistry, the epicness of the couple was born at this very moment for me, and it warms my heart so much to see that they got their happy ending (kinda -I mean, killing Stefan, wtf). And it was beautifully made, believable, so powerful that in the end you just think "of course they were meant to be!". Stefan is the Prince Charming Caroline's been waiting for, and to Stefan, Caroline is LIGHT. That's all he needed. It's a shame it took THAT long, though, I gave up forever ago. I just wish the writers took a bit less time with Delena ups and downs (as much as I love them) and started working on Steroline's relationship sooner, because I am sorry but the whole Silas and Kai stuff (just to name those) were simply useless. That didn't serve the story, the characters, or the show and that's really sad. Hopefully I'll get enough courage to pick up where I left off just for Steroline but I am not sure I will handle all the drama around, haha. Anyway, thank you for making this, I cannot imagine the time you must have spent on it.

The creators should've allowed Stefan to live. This ending served no purpose because Klaus (whom they teased fans with a possible ship) is supposedly dead and they are at least 10 years in the future for the spinoff The Legacies. Stefan could've lived for those 10 years. He was a mortal after all.

Stefan didn 't die because of Klaus ... From the very beginning it was clear that Klaroline would never happen. I think he died because the creators needed to show at the end that brotherly love always wins

I loved vampire diaries until the end of course....Stefan always sacrificing everything mainly for his brother and when he finally capture true happiness in his and Caroline love story they kill him and tear them apart what kind of ending is that for the fans he deserved a happy ending

I don't understand why so many people think they were better off as just friends, cause they're more like "brother and sister". This is the best kind of relationship! A kind that starts from friendship and just grows and gets built into something more. They have trust, loyalty, and comfort in each other. All the best and lasting relationships start with friendship. Caroline and Stefan have the best and most realistic relationship in this show, aside from the supernatural part of course. I love Delena, but they could have still had their happy ending without Stefan dying. Caroline lost a lot too. Elena isn't the only one "deserving" of a happy ending. If anything, Caroline deserves it sooo much more!
