Doing what Jett does 20 years ago..maybe not quite as fast but the first rider I saw jumping braking bumps to gain advantages and standing up around the whole track.

I was standing watching on that corner when Stefan passed James around the outside at MXON. Admittedly James didnt need to win for USA to win that day but the way Stefan rode Matterly that day was awesome.

I was at the press conference at Matterly when Everts schooled Bubba. James tried to make out that he was holding back and was riding for the team (which wasn’t true as Bubba never rode to finish second). Everts replied, “If Ricky was here he would have given me a proper race!” James Stewart looked really upset, I honestly thought that he was going to burst into tears! Joel Roberts’ face was a picture…

I remember that too. Priceless! I remember Albertyn, who was in the press conference, saying to the guy beside him, Stefan had got even better than when he raced him.

I saw Srefan race at Lierop in Holland MXDN 2004 he made it look like a walk in the park

Yeah, but Carmichael owned him. Even on tracks Everts was very familiar with while it was Ricky’s first time.

I'm glad someone has said this regards the way jett rides , everts was smoking everyone with that technique back in the day. But when asked , like all real legends and heroes shrugs it off like it's nothing. But he knows he is king.

For me JMB. made a 500 look like a fun bike to ride. Those things were pure evil. For me as a 15 year old they were. JMB for the OG on that style.
