I've been going through the same thing with my doctor. She wont refer me to anyone, shrugs stuff off. Tells me there's no point to refer me because of the wait times. I'm in Canada in a province where 43000 people are on a waiting list for a family doctor. It's so frustrating and honestly scary at times. Keep advocating for yourself though. It's a struggle as an introvert to do it but we have to.

The range being so broad is the same for hypo and hyper thyroidism on the NHS. Totally agree always have to do your own research because they don’t care at all for many reason. One in one out approach.

I did a video on low T. If your FSH and LH is fine TRT will not help and cause more problems. You have many other symptoms you have complained about they are all related. You said you had bad acne, right there is a big sign you have a high toxic load from a young age.
