Hi Steffi! You may try this recipe with the following ingredients: Tapioca powder 100 gms Dutch processed dark chocolate 10gms (Combine the 2) 50 gms + 30 gms brown sugar Make a syrup with 50gms of brown sugar in 65 ml of water, remove it from the fire then add tapioca-cacao mix and make it into dough. Roll it out once its smooth like a long snake, then cut it into desired size pieces with the help of dough spatula, then roll them to fine balls. Boil them in the water like pasta for about 20 minutes. Filter it, use a small amount of water for dissolving 30gms of brown sugar and then cook the tapioca balls in the mixture for the second time till the mixture gets thickened. Then you know the rest adding tea and other flavors. You are doing great! Keep it going👍best wishes⚘

Kaavya T it depends on the person - when u know and understand English or any language is just for communication they won’t - it take some years to understand those... we feel happy to talk in tamil - tamil makkale ilanu feel panitrukoam inga...:)

Actually I love Chinese foods and boba is one of my favourite but I have never tasted it. Thank for this video. I am one of your big fan and love your videos so much, now I would be able to make boba in my home someday because due to the lockdown I don't have the essential ingredients.
