I remember a long time ago Patricia mentioned that someone commented on a video saying “you’re travelling again? just give your kids to your mum and call it a day” . You could see that the comment hurt her and I totally understand why she didn’t want to share motherhood with millions of strangers. She’s doing an INCREDIBLE job and it’s so inspiring to see.

Ohhh my!!!! I balled out crying watching this! I have 3 wonderful kids, co-parenting with my ex, he has visitations and I have sole custody and raising them on my own. Working 2 jobs, studying part time, juggling Mum life, being responsible for many things and trying to seem like I have my shit together. I appear externally strong but internally I'm crumbling. I cry at night, reflecting on my life. I feel like I've failed, failed at not keeping my family together but my children are more happier now with Mum & Dad apart, being better parents for them, than staying together fighting all the time. I just want to do better, be better, feel better for my kids. I know I'm doing alot, keeping busy to avoid the silences. Watching this wonderful film is a reminder, that these struggles is temporary, these feelings is normal, nothing is guaranteed. What I'm going through and working towards is a stepping stone to something incredible. I have to remember, "I am good enough! You will succeed! You got this doll! Pat yourself on the back". Thank you Patricia. 🥰 xxx

I cried at the premiere and I wanted to send the video to this one girl who I forced to watch her like 5 years ago and the girl had the audacity to say there's nothing special about her. I was so hurt and angry because Patricia's awkward boldness and vision was like a reflection of who I was and wanted to be. Of course I never shared ANYTHING with that girl again.

Definitely true. But not every girl has the opportunities that these women have/had. So I would love advice based on something I can do right ow to better myself and be a better person in the future. Idk if that makes sense
@kudzienicolle3 жыл бұрын
@@tondaniraluswinga2590 I get you. These days the internet has made it easier for people despite what opportunities they have had. You can do a lot online if you have a phone and internet connection. Most KZbin videos are shot with phones, doesn't have to be a fancy phone. If you know something, if you're passionate about something, start sharing it online. That's how Patricia started🙂
@tondaniraluswinga25903 жыл бұрын
@@kudzienicolle that's true. But what if your passion is not posting videos online. Maybe you want a job or job opportunities in your feild of interest and you just don't know who to talk to and how to get started. Sometimes advice can be really good, but it's too broad also and it gets unrelatable. Maybe in the next series we will get more. For example I have a Bsc in molecular biology/biological sciences but I dont even know where to start or who to get in contact with for any job opportunities. I keep applying to different companies but so far I've just received NOs, and I have a feeling it has to do with the fact that I don't know anyone who can actually help me get started. And in what feild too. Because the work in this feild is broad. Hope I'm making sense.
@kudzienicolle3 жыл бұрын
@@tondaniraluswinga2590 yes, that sounds frustrating and I'm sorry you're going through that. I do hope things work out for you. Job searching can be really frustrating having spent time studying for years, I do feel your pain. It might not be a passion but you can do videos sharing your current experience, I'm sure many can relate and you can have an outlet to express your emotions. Just watched your video and you speak so well🙂 sometimes the internet and videos are not only to make money, sometimes it's to help ourselves heal and speak on our experiences. Wishing you all the best❤

This is incredible, when Patricia spoke about her dad I cried with her. But now I’m 25 and my daughter just turned 8 and i want to give her a good life, lots of love and teach her to be a responsible young lady and to not make the bad decisions and mistakes i did. She should be a better person and above all kind and loving towards others. I was never told by my parents that i was loved even till today so even now i wonder if they do coz they never show it. I always tell my child that i love her everyday and i hug her and i feel so happy when she tells me she loves me more.
