Bodybuildingking bodybuilders workout with reps of 8 to 12 each set to look good. Athletes like her workout for strength (1 to 6 reps). She broke the female deadlift world record, obviously she will be packing some muscle.

You think female bodybuilders are weak? Lol. They lift heavier than most men.

clif keen Yes but not more then Male bodybuilders. Lol why would you compare average men with athletes? But with the same effort spent in the gym, boys surpass girls anytime of the day :)
@VincentS9887 жыл бұрын
Hypertrophy training has nothing to do with the rep ranges that you do in 1 single set. Hypertrophy training is about the total amount of reps per exercises... So she might be training in the 1-6 rep range like you suggested but her last set might be an AMRAP to make up for the low reps. For example she might do 4 sets of 3 reps and on her 5th set go for a 3+ AMRAP... Look up Prilipen’s chart

People claiming her to be on roids, she is like 55kg or something, with 1 year of training at maximum any male with that bodyweight can look like that and if she has been the same weight for years, she must have built a lot of strength too. Even if she is on roids, she lifts more than me, which just means I am weak, her being on roids or not is her choice.

What's it take to be the best? 1) State of the art training and nutrition. 2) Super hard training with consistency 3) The right genetics. 4) Anabolic steroids. She looks and sounds great, but eventually the roids will exert a powerful androgenic effect. My advice: Quit the roids and quit competing. You can make a good living as a physical therapist and can probably charge like 80 dollars cash per hour to train other powerlifters.

Did they think this would be motivational or inspirational? Even if she wasn't juicing, it's not like she's at an achievable level of talent that anyone who works super hard can achieve. I HATE when they put the best of the best in the spot light and tell you "all you need is to eat your green veggies, say your prayers, and fuck the haters." Yeah...this is more demotivating than anything. Shes one in a billion and acting like "well all you need to do is be dedicated" and not mentioning juicing.

I'm so tired of hearing the steroids is the secret comment. Steroids or not it requires tremendous work ethic and discipline to become great. If your not busting your ass in the gym you are not doing anything and you certainly are not excelling and making yourself better.
@shaunbarnett29726 жыл бұрын
I'm genuinely a bit confused by the message she's trying to convey here. Should we listen to the criticism of others and accept whether or not we actually have any real talent before pursuing something? Or should we ignore the criticism of others (like she ignored her coach) and continue with something regardless of what others say. I would think it's best to at least give consideration to what others have to say and try to be realistic about what we can achieve. But either way I think she's a champion.

@jojacvonkekebau36867 жыл бұрын
And just as many naive little girls as well. I don't mind if girls decide to roid but when they do it under the pretence of "dedication, skill, determination, blah, blah, blah..." it is kinda deceiving to other girls watching and aspiring to achieve something similar. I can respect a girl (or a man for that matter) doing whatever it takes to be the best (even if "enhanced") physical version of herself, but saying it's pure skill and dedication is just throwing sand into people's eyes and that'a the part that bugs me. I think it takes more dedication to look straight into the camera and lie to people than actually pin and train, but what the fuck do i know... -a fellow steroid user
@uzeyrhassan7 жыл бұрын
Lol why would we be jealous? Male athletes on average are better then female athletes, only a handful are better then us on average. This girl is very hardworking, strong and dedicated, I'm happy for her not jealous. But this girl is very rare, majority of women out there are unfit and lazy. Pound for pound she is very strong so are Julia Vins and Pitbull Terrier's but they ain't no Arnie or Tosa's, and Wonder Woman is fake (but fun and entertaining to watch). Male muscle is male muscle, you have to be born with it :)

No pro athlete is a natty. Most of us know that. Even then Steffi still manages to deadlift 4x her bodyweight....She still has to put in the time and training....Is amazing a 130 pound athlete can lift 4x his or her bodyweight. Richard Hawthorne "the Ant" is another..he's around 130 pounds as well. Looking at him you'd never guess he was a Powerlifter. And can deadlift roughly 4.5x his bodyweight... Of the many KZbin lifting videos...it's sort of interesting we never see when it goes wrong. Eventually one of them will force an attempt at a weight that is too much. Then Snap, crackle POP goes sections of spine, arm..At some point their bodies won't be able to handle a weight...especially when you're talking about the Powerlifters who's bodes weren't built to handle 500+..or pass the 600 pound mark..
