Thank you for making this test.I've seen this binocular back in 1999 I think in German catalog.It was some 2500 DEM back then.Is compass still in function?

I paid under 250 Euros for it at ebay (used condition without caps and belt). The compass is still working - as far as I can tell.

The compass is switched on with the ON / M key and the last measurement appears on the display. To determine the position, aim at an object with the crosshair and press the BEARING key. By the way, you can get a free instructions manual at: [e-mail]

Bei dem Zittern mit dem Fernglas wäre ich mir bei der Angabe der Entfernung nicht sicher ob diese stimmen kann. Um so eine Messung durchführen zu können braucht man wahrscheinlich bei solchen Distanzen schon ein Stativ
