Stell's performance is nothing short of impressive. And what makes it even more incredible is that it was unplanned, not part of the concert repertoire, and an impromptu challenge from David Foster. It's even nerve-wracking because the song has "impossible notes." Stell had already sung three high-pitched and vocally demanding songs, and to top it off, he's not in the best condition (he's sick). I had to mention, too, that a day prior to the concert, SB19 had intense performances at an event. And the elephant in the room-he's a man, hitting the piece in female key and doing it cleanly.

You're definitely spot on with that "heavenly" description as he is called "the heavenly voice of SB19. Stell was a last-minute addition to the show as the front act. He was just supposed to sing 3 songs - All I Ask by Adele (but he did the Bruno Mars version), Defying Gravity, and his solo song ROOM. But during his rehearsal/sound check, David Foster asked him on stage while DF was rehearsing and asked Stell to try to sing All By Myself. Stell was so confused but agreed and DF guided him to the arrangement and Stell was just basically trying to sing along without much effort, doing falsetto and all as he doesn't know why they're doing that coz it's not included in his set list. After that, DF asked him if he'd like to sing it. Still confused, Stell answered, "if it's okay with you Sir". Stell finished performing his 3 songs (being the front act), and then he was called back again by DF during the main show. DF went on to challenge Stell that he only has one shot at nailing the note (even showing a clip of Celine Dion hating on DF for giving her the impossible note). Stell was obviously very nervous and pressured but it was a big opportunity he can't let past. And he NAILED IT! So proud of our boy!

Stell is the main vocal of SB19 PPOP Kings. He was invited to do opening of David concert. He performed 3 songs. All I ask, Defying Gravity and his debut single ROOM. All By Myself is impromptu. performance is superb!!! a man singing the notes for a woman is just amazing. We are A'tin ( SB19 fandom) and we will appreciate if you can watch the SB19's performance as a group and as solo's. all 5 of them finally have their solo songs. Stell singing All By Myself is NOT part of the concert. He is the main front act and is to sing 3 songs only namely: All I Ask, Room - his new solo single, and Defying Gravity. BUT IF YOU KNEW DAVID FOSTER AND HIS CONCERT, HE DOES THINGS UNPLANNED AND WOULD DO LAST MINUTE CHANGES OR SPONTANEOUS ACTS THAT IS NOT PART OF THE PROGRAM AND THIS IS EXACTLY THE CASE WITH STELL. David asks him while doing sound check on stage if he can sing the song, walked him briefly through the arragement and asks him if he'd like to sing it on stage to which Stell agreed. Before starting, David showed a clip of Celine, hating him for the impossibly high notes and he told Stell, you've only got one chance tonight. So Stell took the challenge and hence this viral videos to which reactors like you are buying like hot pancakes. FYI, Stell is the lead vocalist of the famous PPOP group SB19. He is a professional dancer too! Funny how someone in the comment belittles Stell over Gabriel without knowing the back story to this. 😂 I know Gabriel sang this song but for me its incomparable for the fact that Stell's was sung on the spot without days, weeks or even months of practice and rehearsal. So more than the voice, technique whatever, it is the spontaneity of the act that people found amazing!!! And for Stell to say yes to it says more of his humble character. And for David to be in awe too is another story. Stell here looks like he has auditioned to David without any preparation. 😂 Boy, kinda looks nervous actually. And another FYI, Stell is still sick here and hasn't fully recovered yet and he just came too from another event performance a day prior to this.

He only practiced this once earlier during sound check, he was the opening act for Mr. David Foster's concert but he was requested to join on the concert proper with this song. He was very nervous, because right before that performance, Mr Foster showed the interview of Ms. Celine Dion about that 1 and half key higher difficult note, and how Mr. Foster challenged Celine Dion the same way, Stell will do the same key, which he did beautifully.
