Most of their performances are their own songs. It's just that Stell hasn't released his own yet. Same with Justin who sang a 1D song that night. But Pablo, Josh & Ken sang their own released songs during their solo stages. With regards to the in-ear monitor, Pablo explained that whenever they perform in a large crowd, their in-ears are in full volume so they could still hear their voices despite the noise from the audience screaming. So when the crowd goes silent, they would have to remove/adjust the in-ears so it wouldn't be so loud for them. They don't lower the volume since the crowd are so unpredictable, they could scream anytime they love the performance. They've experienced it before when they set the in-ears in a normal setting during sound check but deemed useless in the actual performance since the crowd is so loud. Also, FYI : Stell will be coaching/judging in The Voice Generations PH very soon! 🇵🇭

Thank you for the reaction. Stell did a cover at the concert, unfortunately he hasn’t released his own solo and he loves theatre as a genre. All of the members during the concert performed solos. Justin did a cover as well because he hasn’t released his own solo, acoustic genre is his favourite. And the rest did their own solo released songs.

I was there live, he is a legit performer. All through out the concert even with heavy dances he always hit the right notes. Also, SB19 only performs their own songs. Except to Stell and Justin solo performance since they haven't release a solo single.

One of Stell’s strength is in singing musical pieces. In this portion, each member had solo performances. Most of the SB19 members who had there solo projects performed their own pieces. It is more impressive knowing that this was in the middle of their pop concert where they were singing several songs and dancing hard before he performed his number. Part of the setlist of Pagtatag concert was to perform their individual songs. However, Stell and Justin hasn't had the chance to release their own songs yet. And I think that's the reason they are performing songs that aren't theirs.

Ovela @Music Game News each member had their solo performances in their PAGTATAG concert. Pablo, Ken/Felip and Josh sang their own solos which they released individually, while Stell and Justin performed cover songs cause they haven't released their own solos. This part of the concert was to showcase their own individuality with the genre they thought they excel. Notice how different and diverse their vocal qualities were, and yet they sound so good singing as a group. And their harmonies is one perfect example for that. And just to add to that, it's Stell's dream to perform in broadway musical.

I always wondered about that. He is the whole package and was obviously holding back his abilities to not outshine others that early in their journey. This time, though, he just showed he deserved being the main vocalist. Now, later on, if we learn, he could also write songs? Which might not be surprised considering his the best in random freestyle raps/sing? That will be a game changer.

9:38, 9:58 - Hold it right there; that's not entirely true. While audience preference definitely matter, it's not the biggest consideration, much less the only one. All songs performed by the group are SB19 songs. Each member has a solo performance and gets to choose what to perform to highlight their individuality, capability, artistic taste and whatnot. Ken, Josh, and Pablo already have their own solo releases, they performed those. Justin and Stell don't. Hence, they cover songs that best express their solo stage.
