After reading your comment and observing this video, yes, I think I could think like you. But it wasn't applied any speed editing on this video, because if it was, the solo intro at the beginning and the band sound afterward wouldn't have the same key or pitch. That's a very interesting point. The parts where I was soloing fast mainly presented chromatic scale. The point is "connection", and if you listen to it over again, you could find out.
