Hi, sadly i purchased a falabella bag , second hand from a charity shop, lasted a few months and the faux leather dropped off all over the place, bits of it in the dust bag i kept it in, the staff at the shop said another woman was coming back for that😳oh how i wish she had beaten me to it, i would be better off and my blood pressure would be much lower! I read a review from someone else who said the finish fell off her bag too and stella mcartney and the agent she purchased it from ignored her completely, avoid avoid avoid! How much is that woman worth again?????? I threw it in the dustbin, it made me feel sick, they are only interested in making even more money, they dont care about ordinary people, they should recall all the ones they have made and check them for quality!💩💩💩😤😤😤once bitten twice shy!

I have the bag she’s showing in black in the quilted design, had it 7 years and it’s in excellent condition and never peeled. I think you bought a fake. There are so many good copies that even those that authenticate them occasionally get it wrong. Copies can even come with genuine receipts and packaging bc unfortunately some people by the real deal and then sell their receipts or use them to sell with fakes they buy elsewhere. Some even buy the real deal and return the bag swapping the original for a fake. Then that bag, if not thoroughly checked can go out to the next poor buyer. Stella Falabellas last years and shouldn’t shed the way you’re describing, I smell a rat.
