oh my goodness, so stressful for both of you. Does she have any draft horse in her? another blog i watch , free spirit equestrian, her horse just was diagnosed with shivers after no one could figure her out either. She wouldn't pick up one hind leg at all. Hope its not that. Hope all goes well. please keep up posted . How old is she?

The previous owner said that she was told that she was around 10 years old and a Thoroughbred/Morgan cross. I always thought she seemed older but was a little shocked when the vet said that she's in her 20's. I had a chiropractor come up and take a look at her and he did a few adjustments with her neck, but he also didn't find any problems with her back or legs. I will definitely keep everyone posted. Thank you!

I was feeling very stressed towards the end, when my options started to run out. I was so relieved when she finally stepped into that trailer. Thank you❤️

Lyme test?

Not sure. He did draw blood from her, but he didn't mention testing for Lyme disease. We do have deer ticks where I live. I will have to ask. Thank you!

The vet did do a couple adjustments with her neck but that was it. She has an appt. with the chiropractor tomorrow.

Presumably the travelling & being pulled about by the vet caused her a lot of pain and it was too painful for her to pick her hind legs up to get into the trailer and support her weight on one leg. Maybe pain in her spine as well as her legs. Hope things improve.
