There used to be a fighting game called DOA 2: Hardcore, in it, the women characters had those cakes you mentioned with similar physics. Basically the bottom moved like the top did, if you get what I'm sayin. Anyway, it's a shame because that was the last game of the series that did that. The rest, 3, 4, and 5: last round, all did away with those "bottom" physics and just kept the "top". Shame really. Also, it was an old game and it looked crude af. I just mentioned it because of the attention to detail here reminded me of that old game.

I'm getting flashbacks with Nier:Automata, Bayonetta, and Astral Chain from this look of combat. And Eve looks like a very dangerous fighter who can take on SO MANY hits and still be alive! Definitely getting this game once it drops. April cannot come anymore sooner.

@@codyjensenleague Yeah so far it looks like it plays like ffxvi with fewer mechanics. SFX & VA ain't bad but not impressive either. It feels as if they invested more time/resources for the gyat model, booty & tiddy jiggle shots specially for QTE rather than the gameplay. 🤣

Oh, its Playstation exclusive? ok... It reminds me a lot of Nier Automata, only the graphics are insanely shiny, very modern (while Automata was more grayish, retro style like). Makes me a little sad to see, honestly. Automata is my favorite game by far and these were the graphics it deserved. The japanese studio that developed it was on the brink of bankruptcy and SE didn't expect big numbers so unfortunately we got what we got. At least the studio was saved due to the game's success. I'm hoping it gets a full proper remake at some point with the visuals as they should be

All those recent attempts in games to go out of their way to make female characters "ugly" are about to get a rude awakening with this new IP. So you shame the male audience by making females less attractive because women _can't_ be pretty? Ok, logic. inb4: beauty is subjective. Please, look at this character here. She's conventionally pretty and it works, it's futuristic and it's HEAVILY stylized; not going hard on realism here. Other games can show rugged, grizzled female characters that are unconventionally beautiful sure. Take Aloy for example, because _it_ fits the theme, lore, and just plain makes sense that she doesn't have access to pleasantries afforded to modern women. On the other hand, other games where they just straight up make the women look like dogs are just plain pitiful.

In the pre-“woke” era games were considered art and were free to express the artist’s vision without having to walk on eggshells trying to hit that ESG checkmark list. And don’t use hypocritical words like “objectification” because no one complains when it’s a ripped shirtless dudes like Kratos or the vast majority of the males on Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat rosters lol. And most games PlayStation tones down for the western release are still available in Japan, all you need is Japanese account. Games like beach Xtreme Volleyball are still available there.
