@@andrewrogers3067 armored cores and muscle tracers both have cockpits. There's no evidence in game or in the manga that muscle tracers act as an exoskeleton. So this wouldn't be much different from an armored core, both can fly and both can fight and shoot missiles and energy projectiles. This is, at best, an AC.

I genuinely don't understand how you're this good. I've platinum'd this game and still can't figure out the perfect dodge timings on some of these attacks if a gun were pointed at my head.

You see what he was doing sneaking in a hit or two in between parries? That makes it easier, instead of having to memorize the timing you memorize the actions possible, basically if there is a sequence where you parry, attack once, and then immediately block and get another parry, that makes it much easier so you block, attack and block again instead of block, wait a bit and then block again, that blank space in-between is what throws you off, so if you can fill it it makes it much easier.

What an incredible fight against this robot boss that made almost all of us think of (Armored Core VI) The fight also ended very well with this technique which resembles (Shun Goku Satsu) at 5:29..❗️GG ONGBAL!

@TheOctopus6991 naytiba Raven was definitely challenging, but I got her down much quicker than Megatron at the end, lmao I actually mopped the floor with Ravens' regular form because she was easily staggered as long as you perfect parried her combos

Great play as always. The gameplay quality is on top notch. Every counter was performed fully and that’s perfect. Hope boss rush mode come soon. Hard mode is already too small for ONGBAL!!

@Echozies Agreed. The only gameplay mechanic I find lacking is the gunplay. Only two areas require it, and the developers introduced Insta-Kill Attacks too late to make it relevant.

I'm on my 3rd Playthrough (NG++ hard) and feel like I have a good understanding of the mechanics in the game and I watch ongball and feel like trash compared to him. He is doing some combos i didn't even know where possible in this game

⁠⁠⁠⁠@@FallenOne669 Then you’ve just been playing wrong my dude. Gunplay should be used for any speedrun trust me. In all my fights against bosses I just cheese them with the Double-Edge build. My Hard mode Boss Challenge Providence took longest of my fights and was still only 2 minutes 29 seconds, with the shortest being Corruptor at 34 seconds. My fastest boss kill on easy was 4 seconds with the gun.

This boss took hours for me to beat. No idea how many attempts it was at this point. I refused to lower the difficulty so at least I can say that much.

FR i had to watch a walkthrough and cheese it a bit with the shieldbreaker beta skill, otherwise the build I hat for the rest of the game wasn't working

Found Raven so much harder. Switched to Combo chain / crit expospine build for this fight. Worked a treat! Bust out tacky half way through and once Lilly is free it’s game over. Such an unbelievable ending to a truly epic game!!

Lets say t=triangle, s=square, and uppercase = hold Best way is to do: tssT follow by tst Then parry and repeat. I found that if you attack and push the boss to the edge of the map. Its animation kind of restricts to LeftArm attack twice and RightArm once. No more short jabs, accelerate right arm, curlup and grab or three hit followed by sweep + air slam. If you find a pattern you dont like, do a quick overdrive, it will reset the boss and as added benefit, boosts your 7 hit tssT tst combo. Exo i suggest chain Mk2 and Burst Type. Gear: burst charge, speed gear, shield destruction and shield penetration.

@@tehCostHD lol ya exactly. His roar was hard to dodge til I figured out it was when he lifted his head. Just sucks because dodging attacks in this game is super weird. Youd think it'd be when the monster almost hits the ground but instead it's right after they hit the ground

Apparently there is a VERY HARD mode if you have a disc and play NG+ on v1.0 with the glitch. Not sure what changes apart from damage taken but i would love to see you try it.

Find a glitch: After countering Providence's normal attack, perform the square, triangle, square + triangle counter exactly as shown in the video at the beginning (0:07). At the precise moment Providence falls down, shoot all your slugs at the red circle on her butt. Providence will get stuck, allowing you to drain all her shields in a matter of seconds. No need to worry about running out of slugs; each time you parry, Providence will drop some slugs for you.

The Game is pretty good Boss fights are extremely fun and the music is really really good, the plot Is ok nothing mindblowing but still decent, the only thing that's really Bad it's the fact that the game works on an Auto-Save system, this is awful because you can't Replay some of the Best parts of the game, imagine you had tons of fun fighting Raven and you want to fight her again just for fun, well you can't, in order to fight Raven again you'll have to play the whole game again up to that point, other than that it's a solid game

The game actually has majority of positive reviews, a lot of people are calling it GOTY 2024. Bad reviews are mostly not even related to the game itself, but rather are because of the stupid drama from the western journalists. The game itself is such a blast, if you liked games such as Sekiro, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Rising or Nier Automata, you'll definitely love this

보스피통 반이 버스트스킬로 뽑히는데 이걸 제목에 no 버스트 스킬이라고 표현하는건 좀 아닌것 같은데 이 덕분에 많은 사람들 역조 및 반격 연계기가 버스트스킬 아닌줄 알고 있어요. 공식 오피셜로 버스트스킬로 명시 되어있구요.

Can someone explain how he is able to to the burst charge beta swap ability (sword turning red at the end of a combo to exchange beta for burst energy) when doing the rush combo attack? Is he holding triangle after holding triangle to rush? I do that and nothing happens. I have no idea how he’s doing that

U hold the last attack butom down on any chain, uses beta energy and hes gaining burst cause of a gear

@@jholiday13 I know that. I’m talking about when he’s doing that with “rush chain” which is the triangle attack after holding triangle to rush. Every time he does this his sword turns red and turns a beta into a burst. Which is the thing you are talking about. But normally from what I can see this isn’t possible with rush chain. I hold triangle and it doesn’t even do anything because the combo is press triangle. So how is he doing it??

@@tehCostHD You might just be waiting too long to start holding triangle for the follow up. I find that if I hesitate at all after committing to the rush (usually in situations where I'm not sure if I'll connect), then I wind up doing nothing even though I hold down triangle again. If I just trust and hold the second triangle input down right away, it pretty much always works.
