Funny story I got 7 Pokemon packs, 3 were Stellar Crown and I got the Terapagos in the second pack XD. I thought it was a normal card but then I checked on the Collectr app.

I've been getting back to Pokemon again thanks to hype around TCG Pocket and decided to check the physical card game as well. Stellar Crown has caught my attention as a small(ish) set that could be fun to focus on collecting. It looks lot less intimidating than some of the other sets and feels like a good jumping in point for new people like me to come in and have a decent chance of getting some cool cards.

Just wanna say that this video convinced me to start my TCG collection, so I bought 2 Stellar Crown ETB, one for myself and another for my girlfriend. Currently waiting for it to deliver so hopefully we get decent pulls!

STELLAR CROWN is the greatest Pokémon tcg set so far this year! The cards are amazingly gorgeously eye popping. Just spectacular!

New to collecting or rather returning (after 14 years) Decided to go with this set as I couldn't get a hold of any 151. Bought this ETB and I got a Lucario Ex , Blastoise Ex and a Secret Rare Ledian. Additionally bought three boosters and I got a Secret Rare Gulpin in it too. Gonna slow down for the moment, don't wanna go too crazy money wise but I'm really hoping I can get one of either Lapras , Squirtle or Bulbasaur. Being new though I don't know if I got lucky or if the return was about right on the average.

With Paradise Dragona released, was super disappointed we didn’t get a Latios ex full art. I know they’re bringing back the trainer pokemon cards and team rocket but they should have never got rid of tag team cards

Opened one BB, one ETB, and one 3 pack blister. I pulled the bulbasaur, squirtle, and SAR hydrapple. I’m officially done with this set! I’ll pick up alt Lacey in a few months when it comes down.

I haven’t bought this yet, and I’m about to, but I wanted to know if the card sleeves are matte similar to the scarlet and violet trainer boxes with Miraidon that are a matte texture on the back, or are they a glossy texture?

Need to start shopping around the local card shops! I usually go to 401 games and these are $50.00 right now. Same with Zephyr Epic, they're $50.00. Some small card shops had them at $40.00 recently as well. Just gotta hunt for the deals and not go to Walmart or Gamestop as those are always the most expensive prices for every card product.

I'm Canadian too, and see plenty for 50 dollars Canadian right now. Please look into local shops. Most of them ship everywhere for free past a certain amount.

Absokutely disgraceful, this random pull rate. Yesterday Out of all packs I had 1 basic Blastoise Ex (if you can even count that as a hit, it’s a strong card yes), 1 eevee reverse holo (yes I’m counting this! I celebi RH) and 1 Art Rare that pink pokemon. Honestly what a waste, no more ETBs.

It's a different price point, most new collectors don't want to drop hundreds on booster boxes. But $40 for an ETB is a reasonable start.

I agree, this is the first set that I’ve opened multiple booster boxes, the guaranteed rates on those are just SOO much better than etb’s. Save the money and go for the BB ❤❤❤❤ thanks Jake!
