The "Da Attilio" pizzeria began its history in 1938 and today the Attilio in charge represents the third generation of Bachetti family pizza makers.
Attilio Bachetti began his career as a pizza maker at the age of six when the magic of the dough was just a game, then over the years his passion for pizza grew more and more until it became a real reason for living;
his pizza is characterized by a very light, long-rising dough, which is not heavy at all and is easily digestible. Attilio is one of those pizza makers who strictly follows seasonality, he is very attentive to the selection of products and many of the ingredients come from the area and are prepared by his kitchen team.
As for the pizzas, there is a vast choice ranging from traditional pizzas, such as marinara and margherita, to the special star-shaped ones which are made up of eight points of pizza dough filled with fresh ricotta from Vico Equense with different ingredients such as mixed seasonal side dishes, sausage and porcini mushrooms.
