_"own"_ is the bets and most OP command in Stellaris, it is the God command, very useful and fun 👽

What does it do?

I would have been relevant to mention that to leave observer mode and get back into the action, the command is "play empire_ID". Default ID for player empire is 0. So "play 0" would end observer mode and put the human back in control of their default empire. Other empires can be selected too. Just turn on "debugtooltip" and hover the mouse over the badge/shield (this is what the devs call an empire's icon/flag) and note the empire ID number. Then use that number instead with the "play" command.

So I dont know if you know this but, i figuered out that after you research "Refit Standards" then you make an empty version of the ship type, and then refit it to what you want you can potentially save thousands of alloys. Instead of building them out right.

I mostly use the console to set up interesting scenarios the game would get to naturally. If you've got ideas beyond year 1 crisis, I'd love a video about that. (And I'd watch a stream with year 1 crisis or some similar challenge.)

so...i use console commands to enhance all ai empire tech levels 100 years ahead of mine....i still won somehow? nobody,literally nobody payed attention to me despite calling me weak target and wanting to vasalize me,if I ignorethem they leave me alone and wage wars among themself wille I grew and grew xD ai is so dumb

Which difficulty and aggresiveness? In my experience the ai is more likely to do actions against player empires. If however youre way stronger they will not attack.

Does anyone know if you can disable console commands (i’ve run into a problem since I’ve started using them where whenever I’m about to lose a war the temptation to bail myself out with console commands is too strong and it’s honestly starting to ruin the fun)

Yeah there is. Start a new game after it gets too laggy. Or just decrease map size and ai empires. You could also decrease tech/traditions cost combined with earlier crisis to accelerate the game.

@@FADGhost70 Thanks, Also on Console I have noticed that on the wiki the map size goes up to Huge with 1000 stars with 30 AI empires, I have only been able to get up to 600 stars on single player, has the update not gone live let or am I missing something?

@@JRYYD likely not, as Stellaris for console is a port from PC, as well as the original Xbox Ones and X's/PS4 wouldn't be able to handle the lag Huge galaxies would generate. Maybe in a year when more Series Consoles/PS5 are obtained by people then they might, but I'd recommend staying away from that option if you use an older generation console
