Phenomenal research 👏🏻 So excited to hear the outcome of this study. I would be very excited to see a ME/CFS study in the future

is there any studies on MSE and Long Covid/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?

Long covid is ME/ CFS. If you have this (these) illness, you have been poisoned with pharmaceutical medications (drugs).

Yeah … Germany .. And LatAm (Mexico, Panama, Colombia). I plan on going to Germany in feb 2024. It’s about $20k but why else do we work. And it’s a small price to pay , for a shot at being back to normal. I was triathlete before COVID , I truly honestly felt invincible.. never got sick , had more energy than anyone I knew, even at 36. Now 38 and two years later I’m a bum. I have fibrosis / scarring of lungs according to a MRI at Mayo. Subsequently diagnosed with OSA. Doc said I had OSA my whole life. Not a chance this is true. I can exactly remember the first time I felt short on breath during sleep. One week after my 2nd COVID , December 2021. I bet , oh I really bet , those people with sleep disturbances following COVID are actually having hypoxia events , so sleep apnea. It’s not actually OSA .. it’s the fibrosis that brings down my normal Daytime o2 levels to about 95-96. Fully awake Supine position I’m low 90s .. at sleep it drops .. I know bc I record the finger o2 meter with my phone.. sometimes I move or the thing comes off .. it’s not sleep disturbances it’s not even OSA … it’s simply an already low o2 level dropping even more when body is at rest / sleep. I’ve been an a boxer and multi discipline athlete my whole life. I knew my body so when a doc tells me you had this your whole life … I knew then and there .. I’ve gotta take this into my own hands. Now , I’m questioning my entire career in investment banking. I’m really enjoying all the research. I almost went medical while in college but needed something with more adrenaline and action. I’ve become obsessed and won’t ever quit till I cure myself. Fantastic webex !! I really enjoyed the doctor here .. great presentation and absolutely informative. If y’all need a Guinea pig - I’m game. Already part of a Mayo Clinic study. Also - I’ve discovered PEM (post exertional malice) after COVID. But hacked that ..red meat. 100 percent red meat immediately before a workout. For me anyway prevents PEMs .. don’t know the science behind it but I know I would crash after a simple three mile run .. one day I happen to eat a NY strip right before a workout and nothing. I’ve tested with other foods and nothing works except red meat. Again , I ran 13 miles on the daily before COVID on basically empty and was fine. Post COVID , a mile had me whacked out. On behalf of all us long haulers who knew nothing about science before. Thank you !! I will follow your studies.

Awesome video @hopebioorg. I do have one question though. If allogeneic stem cells are looking to be safe what is the added benefit of banking our own stem cells? Also when do you expect to be recruiting for the next autologous study?
@hopebioorg Жыл бұрын
Hello! We apologize for the delayed reply. At the moment, we are studying the use of mesenchymal stem cells in limited quantities to treat various conditions/injuries. In the future, we imagine that cells could be used repeatedly for various indications and therefore, for long term, repeated use, using your own cells makes sense to ensure safety. We will be waiting for results from our allogeneic study to determine the next study design.

For the second study (the current one with 80 people) are you still using 200million cells per treatment?
@nbalci1 Жыл бұрын
yes, they do, based on their clinical trial application. 200m dose, 4 injections over 10 weeks, adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells.

This therapy is going to be too expensive to lift off the ground. Pretty sure insurance is not going to cover it also. It's going to be another one of those pipe dream treatments that will just benefit patients who have money. For us ordinary folk suffering, move along

I thought it was illegal to propagate/proliferate stem cells in the USA? Isn't this the exact reason many people go out of the country?
@rickjondo1343 Жыл бұрын
You are correct. This just another one of those for profit companies
@CarlosFernandez-nm5ng Жыл бұрын
Exactly why. They can give you more stem cells in other countries. I may discredit myself here but even joe Rogan talks about .. that’s more for sport injuries but conceptually makes sense. There’s a pro base ball player who has COPD and did stem cells.. came back to states and baffled doctors. Documented MRIs showed improvement that is a typical with such diagnosis. Docs here are beholden to malpractice suits so they have to be conservative .. plus aren’t typically trained in this niche area or ethical questions .. like fetal MSCs . Feel like I’m gonna be patch Adams soon

It all depends on the mitochondria that our mother gave us to get the food and all things to make it happen , do not mess with what is good for you. Energy is not easy to make without a team. Do not say germ or do stress.
