Stem cell therapy is using for maintaining the affected cells,then can we reverse the cancerous cells in to original,if there is any evidence for that.

I am not aware of stem cells reversing cancer cells to normal cells, but stem cells (esp mesenchymal stem cells - MSCs) can weaken or kill off cancer cells via multiple mechanisms...

Can stem cell therapy get rid of hyperparathyroidism, severe osteoporosis possibly caused by hyperparathyroidism, and ulcerative colitis? Thank you for any advice you could give. Through its ability to shift the immune system from a more inflammatory to a more anti-inflammatory state. It has the capability to modulate the immune system, boosting immune system when it is weakened, and calm the immune system, when it's overactive. Stem Cells accomplished this through the signals they send out (cytokines, exosomes, etc.) and this is all based on the intelligence that they carry within the DNA in the cell nucleus.

Since there has not been any clinical studies on stem cell therapy for giant cell myocarditis, it is very difficult to say whether stem cell therapy would be able to help your friend. However, if one looks at the properties of stem cells, especially MSCs, which include anti-inflammatory and immune modulating effects, as well as anti-fibrotic, anti-apoptotic effects, and their capabilities of promoting local tissue repair/regeneration, then there is a chance she could receive benefits...

We do not need to do local injections. We use mannitol pre-infusion to open up the blood brain barrier, and provide stem cells via intravenous route, and use laser to direct the cells to the region we want to target.

This was years back. Been curious to try stem cells for full body regeneration for years. My autoimmune in my stomach has been causing a lot of issues and don’t wanan go on biologics so looking into this. Stem cell therapy can help with low back pain, especially if the pain is the result of local inflammation, and most low back pain has an inflammatory component. as far as bulging disc itself, it may be challenging for the Stem Cell Therapy to help without other physical treatments, such as decompression...

How do you treat dry patients with Sjorgren's Syndrome? Do you inject directly into salivary glands and/or blood? How have patients responded with autoimmune conditions like Sjorgren's or Lupus?

There are some studies showing that MSC stem cell therapy can indeed help improve the condition for people with Sjogren's syndrome. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8508641/ Hope you find this helpful. I have had great success with patients who have lupus or rheumatoid arthritis, but has not treated a patient who has Sjogren's yet.

@@JoyKongMD Then perhaps I will be your first! Since Sjorgren's Syndrome is 4 x more common than Lupus (1.5 million vs 400,000), imagine what hope it could give to others! The studies do support improvement in salivary production using allogeneic MSCs.
