Thanks for sharing this - I have the same problem. I am a healthy 62 year old living in UK. I had high myopia as a young adult, then detached retina in my 20s. Cataract surgery at 40. Then glaucoma. I've had eye drops but still the vision has slowly deteriorated. Now I'm registered as Severely sight impaired due to the glaucoma. I've tried different supplements, intermmitent fasting and exercise. Nothing helps. It is frightening to lose my sight in this way.
