Why this information isn't in the main Stream Media daily is beyond me. To be honest I really didn't know or pay attention to how foods can hurt us or help our bodies in such a profound way until my body developed B-Cell Lymphoma cancer a few years ago. While looking for answers and information on line I came across one of Dr. Li's videos about "Can we eat to starve cancer". Since then I developed a thirst for knowledge about how powerful many foods can heal our bodies. I just never realized how different foods affect our functions of the body including our immune system. After 6 chemo treatments I have been cancer free for about 1 1/2 years. God is good!

The Creator of the heavens and the earths and all that is therein is God the Father of Jesus the Christ and we are to obey the gospel of Jesus the Christ to repent and to be born again of water and of the Spirit. Water is baptism by full emersion at an age of understanding and Spirit is to receive Gods gift of the Holy Ghost and Fire with the Holy Bible scriptures evidence of speaking in an unknown tongue as the Spirit gives utterance just like on the day of Pentecost. God is a Spirit and He seeketh such to worship Him. The Holy Bible scriptures tells us to pray without ceasing both in the Spirit and in the understanding. Ask God sincerely for His gift of the Holy Spirit by thinking about Him with your whole heart, mind, soul and strength and say hallelujah, hallelujah over and over again until you feel your tongue wanting to change and just let it, you will be speaking / praying in a language that you have never learnt. It is your Spirit praying making intercession for you, a pure undefilable tongue /language direct between you and God. It is a tangible and undeniable experience whereby you will know that God is. Also, at that same moment He takes out your heart of stone and gives you a heart of flesh and He writes His 'Word of God' which He puts above even His Name onto the fleshy tables of your new heart and He also gives you the same power that He used to create the heavens and the earths and all that is therein. With faith, nothing shall be impossible for you. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. You build up your most holy faith by praying in the Holy Ghost. You become a new creature, Spiritual and able to live a righteous and holy life with power to lay hands on the sick so that they recover just like Jesus did. Power to heal the brokenhearted. Power to put on immortality at the soon return of Jesus to be changed, raised to meet Him in the air to be like Him and to be with Him and our heavenly Father FOREVER AND EVER.

I have fibromyalgia and I recently discovered when eating a couple squares of Theo brand organic 70% orange dark chocolate that my out of control nerve sensation/pain/twitching in the evening calmed down (I already take magnesium so it wasn't the magnesium in chocolate). I'm mentioning the brand because soy makes my nerve problems worse and most chocolate contains soy, Theo orange dark only has: Cocoa beans, cocoa butter, 9g sugar, orange oil per serving and thats it, no other added ingredients and it's the only dark chocolate I've had that had such a calming effect on my nerves (granted orange oil is also great at reducing cortisol). However I must note that I only have one serving otherwise the excess sugar makes the calming effect on my nerves backfire lol

Worth considering, tea in large amounts can remove metals and some vitamins from the blood (much in the way alcohol does but less effectively) so paring high tea intake with low red meat can lead to deficiencies in Iron and Magnesium... lack of Iron can make you grumpy because you are excessively tired, while Magnesium is key to emotional balance and stability (so a deficiency is directly linked to erratic behaviour). Many big tea drinkers like myself know this and take supplements to compensate, however not everyone knows about this.

I wasn't over weight as I also fasted a lot. Back in the day no one was talking about intermittent fasting but I was doing it intuitively. I just ate one meal a day many days of the week. Make a cup of coffee, add cocoa powder, add monk fruit powder, and pour in heavy cream. It's not hot cocoa, as some have suggested. I need my coffee in the morning. Another 8 pounds, and I will have lost over 100. As for tea... Hot hibiscus tea with monk fruit powder, 1 tablespoon of home-made pricklypear vinegar. 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice from my tree. I just learned our teeth are remineralizing every day... basically during periods of no eating. If they didn't, we wouldn't have the same teeth still as adults. So we are remineralizing teeth every day even though we believe we cannot remineralize teeth, reverse cavities, and heal roots. Those who get cavities and weak teeth despite their excellent brushing is due to lack of minerals for dentin. Our saliva pulls minerals from our blood which we get from our food. So if some have deteriorating teeth, but it can be improved by eating the right foods, what happens if you keep going in that direction and ensure you're getting all 19 main minerals for your teeth? You will have stronger, sturdier teeth than before, cavities will be a thing of the past. Of course, sugar will rain of that parade.

@dextergarner1286 Жыл бұрын
@@ncorp2668 That’s a decision for your family member to make, but I would suggest investigating the following: Begin a keto-genic diet with the use of intermittent fasting. Eliminate all starchy carbohydrates and processed foods. Fresh organic protein and vegetable simply prepared meals only and purified water w/ electrolytes. No meals or eating after sunset to allow for the intermittent fast. Rise with 8oz of warm water with lemon and suggest some form of outdoor exercise. Once ketones are present (using a test strip). The family member can then look to fast once a week for 24hours up to 72 hours. Then you can break the fast and use the foods suggested to increase the stem cell production. A prolonged fast beyond 72 hours will begin to catabolize muscle. Which you do NOT want so supplementation with amino acids and glutamine are suggested if a longer fast is felt necessary. I am not a doctor, I don’t know the stage of or type of cancer your family member has nor offering medical advice. But research the above and you may or may not find the approach valid. Keep them positive and uplifted with exercise and lots of laughter and BELIEVE they will be better.

Dried coco nibs are likely healthier than chocolate. It's really bitter but if you make it powder and put in in pudding etc. it's easy to eat. Or dip it in melted chocolate as a snack. If you hate tea make very stong green tea and take just one sip once or twice daily. Ginger takes like strong green tea. I think it has much more benefits than just helping stomach ache.

I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, O Lord, show this also to thy servant: whether after death, as soon as every one of us yields up his soul, we shall be kept in rest until those times come when thou wilt renew the creation, or whether we shall be tormented at once?" 76 He answered me and said, "I will show you that also, but do not be associated with those who have shown scorn, nor number yourself among those who are tormented. 77 For you have a treasure of works laid up with the Most High; but it will not be shown to you until the last times. 78 Now, concerning death, the teaching is: When the decisive decree has gone forth from the Most High that a man shall die, as the spirit leaves the body to return again to him who gave it, first of all it adores the glory of the Most High. 79 And if it is one of those who have shown scorn and have not kept the way of the Most High, and who have despised his law, and who have hated those who fear the Most High -- 80 such spirits shall not enter into habitations, but shall immediately wander about in torments, ever grieving and sad, in seven ways. 81 The first way, because they have scorned the law of the Most High. 82 The second way, because they cannot now make a good repentance that they may live. 83 The third way, they shall see the reward laid up for those who have trusted the covenants of the Most High. 84 The fourth way, they shall consider the torment laid up for themselves in the last days. 85 The fifth way, they shall see how the habitations of the others are guarded by angels in profound quiet. 86 The sixth way, they shall see how some of them will pass over into torments. 87 The seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have been mentioned, because they shall utterly waste away in confusion and be consumed with shame, and shall wither with fear at seeing the glory of the Most High before whom they sinned while they were alive, and before whom they are to be judged in the last times. 88 "Now this is the order of those who have kept the ways of the Most High, when they shall be separated from their mortal body. 89 During the time that they lived in it, they laboriously served the Most High, and withstood danger every hour, that they might keep the law of the Lawgiver perfectly. 90 Therefore this is the teaching concerning them: 91 First of all, they shall see with great joy the glory of him who receives them, for they shall have rest in seven orders. 92 The first order, because they have striven with great effort to overcome the evil thought which was formed with them, that it might not lead them astray from life into death. 93 The second order, because they see the perplexity in which the souls of the unrighteous wander, and the punishment that awaits them. 94 The third order, they see the witness which he who formed them bears concerning them, that while they were alive they kept the law which was given them in trust. 95 The fourth order, they understand the rest which they now enjoy, being gathered into their chambers and guarded by angels in profound quiet, and the glory which awaits them in the last days. 96 The fifth order, they rejoice that they have now escaped what is corruptible, and shall inherit what is to come; and besides they see the straits and toil from which they have been delivered, and the spacious liberty which they are to receive and enjoy in immortality. 97 The sixth order, when it is shown to them how their face is to shine like the sun, and how they are to be made like the light of the stars, being incorruptible from then on. 98 The seventh order, which is greater than all that have been mentioned, because they shall rejoice with boldness, and shall be confident without confusion, and shall be glad without fear, for they hasten to behold the face of him whom they served in life and from whom they are to receive their reward when glorified. 99 This is the order of the souls of the righteous, as henceforth is announced; and the aforesaid are the ways of torment which those who would not give heed shall suffer hereafter." 100 I answered and said, "Will time therefore be given to the souls, after they have been separated from the bodies, to see what you have described to me?" 101 He said to me, "They shall have freedom for seven days, so that during these seven days they may see the things of which you have been told, and afterwards they shall be gathered in their habitations." 102 I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, show further to me, thy servant, whether on the day of judgment the righteous will be able to intercede for the unrighteous or to entreat the Most High for them, 103 fathers for sons or sons for parents, brothers for brothers, relatives for their kinsmen, or friends for those who are most dear." 104 He answered me and said, "Since you have found favor in my sight, I will show you this also. The day of judgment is decisive and displays to all the seal of truth. Just as now a father does not send his son, or a son his father, or a master his servant, or a friend his dearest friend, to be ill or sleep or eat or be healed in his stead, 105 so no one shall ever pray for another on that day, neither shall any one lay a burden on another; for then every one shall bear his own righteousness and unrighteousness." 2 Esdras 2:31 ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

@mchrysogelos7623 Жыл бұрын
absolutely. Intermittent fasting and even total fasting is SUCH a healing thing. When our bodies go into autophagy, it does intensive repair. Basically we go into autophagy within 24-48 hours of fasting. Autophagy ("self eating") is when our bodies do not get food, so it rests from doing digestive tasks, and then begins to do "house cleaning". Our body starts cleaning out cells and removing trash from cells and organs, getting rid of defective cells (that could cause damage or become cancerous). Systems are usually burdened down from doing heavy or constant digestive tasks. Given than many of us (especially in US, etc.) do not eat good foods, that digestive job is even more daunting for our system. Even the Bible recommends fasting regularly for many reasons. Not only is it cleansing for our physical bodies, but also for our minds and spirits. Many recommend doing regular fasting - but of course there are some who should not and should always consult health practitioner beforehand.

Is there a recipe for the hot chocolate? Can you use milk? Cream? Plant-based milk? …or just water? Can you sweeten it with honey? Good-quality sweeteners? Is there a link to more info?
@mtlicq Жыл бұрын
It is simple. Cup of whole milk ( 3.5 %) or even Lactose-Free version of it, for people with lactose-intolerance, heat to near-boiling temp, Meanwhile, in a dry cup, mix a tablespoon or 2-3 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder, and 1 spoon of raw cane-sugar or brown sugar. (optional to add a sprinkle of cinnamon or tiny amount of cloves). When powders are mixed, add a spoon or 2 of the warming milk and stir to wet all the dry ingredients. When the milk is heated hot, add it to your cup while stirring to mix evenly. A more expensive way is to melt chocolate in your pot of hot milk. The cheap pre-mixed ones that just need to add hot water, are horrible because excess sugars, and other ingredients not good for health, like versions of sodium-phosphates that cause inflammation and chemically scorching the digestive system lining.
