This is great! At age 63, after being diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis, I embarked on a program of RFA and steroid injections to no avail. I'm convinced that PSOAS disfunction is one of the root causes of my chronic low back pain. So glad to have found the CBT program. Thanks!

Your topics are all new to me and interesting. You present fairly unknown problems (for laypeople 😊). Thank you very much for sharing🙏

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I finally figured this out recently after 25 years of back problems. Of course no chiropractor, doctor or pt figured it out in all of those years, but a massage therapist told me my psoas was severely swollen and that was enough for me to put the other pieces together. I feel like I finally have the tools through you and others sharing their knowledge to improve it. I can’t handle more pt, financially or otherwise. I’ve been through 13 rounds of it in the last 6 years- none of those for my back! I’m so thankful I can learn from KZbin these days.

Makes sense, I had a weak core, glutes and quads at the same time I had back pain and a tight ileopsoas...

You did and don't have it anymore? I have weak abs, anterior pelvic tilt, tight quads, overstretched hamstrings and low back pain. I had an x-ray and my lowest disk appeared shorter than usual. I am worried that I damaged my body from training incorrectly, but perhaps could it be just a temporary conditon due to core weakness and imbalances? I am 22.

I learn a lot from your videos. I have a tight psoas and severe stenosis. I work my core a lot, but whenever I work my quads, the pain in the back gets much worse. Is that because of the psoas?

Want to make sure I’m pushing the pelvis forward correctly. Does your hip sway from side to side when this is done ? And I just figured out this morning that shorter strides work better? New sub . Thank you

Stretch, prolonged sitting, stretch, prolonged sitting... even strengthening the core wont change it unless change the daily habits that are the root cause.

Hello, sorry for the offtopic, but is doing elliptical allowed during rehabilitation/pain of SI joint? It's kinda unilateral movement.

I have psoas tendonitis and can hardly walk. I'm having a tenotomy soon. They tell me its caused by an anterior hip replacement a year ago. I tried therapy and it made it worse. What do you think?

There is one common theme to all this and all your other videos. Core. Core. Core. Core. Core. I guess when people pay you exercise their core. So are all these videos really saying the same thing? At some point these repetitive presentations without solutions that are actionable will turn me off. Maybe others as well?

Yeah. Core. It really is that simple. Why don’t you sign up and find out for yourself. His program has offered me more relief and clarity on my pain in 2 weeks than I’ve found anywhere else. And he still spends his time creating free videos and live streams. This guy goes above and beyond.

Define "Doctor". I always thought it was someone who who went to medical school and had a "Medical Degree" hence the letters "MD" behind their name.
@danielcavalcanti84173 ай бұрын
He holds a doctorate in physical therapy, hence, DPT. A MD is a doctor in medicine.
