Hey mate, did you create the measuring clearances video yet? Really useful video. Thanks.

Whats up jon .. Back in the day before we pulled motors out. We would take out the small bolt of the center plate on the ignition side near the oil pan.. It would drain the water pretty good !!👍✌
@jonblanchracing14873 жыл бұрын
Hey mate. I forgot to show that part in the video. But I did crack the water drain before I put it on the stand & stuff all came out 🤦🏼♂️ But when you flip the engine up, some always manages to come out 😂

Loving you videos man. I was into rotaries when i was young but moved to Europe and put them down. A couple of months ago I found Rob Dahm’s channel and now yours I’ve got that itch again. The video from Rob that drew my attention was one where he was talking about what he thought were the major flaws in the rotary design and how to fix them to make a reliable engine. Maybe you could do something similar, just a little food for thought.
@jonblanchracing14873 жыл бұрын
Thanks man 🙏🏼 Once you’ve been bitten by the rotary bug, it’s hard to turn back 😂 I’m glad you’ve got some value out of the video’s 🙏🏼 I’ve got plenty more “in depth” tech video’s planned for the near future, so stay tuned 😎

Hi, I'm a fan of your channel. Very good. I have a question, I bought a 13 six port. I can use turbo 2 or twin flywheel?, the flywheels are the same diameter in the screws?. Thank you

Hi Keith 👋🏼 Thanks for the support 👍🏼 Yes the crate engines are still available & still being manufactured, just starting to get a bit pricey 😬

That oil and coolant did not look good. Definitely not new. Probably been sitting for a long time? Also, looks like the engine was run before?
