why do you cut the resin and then refill those cuts?

To compensate for the polymerisation shrinkage

@ashwinthomaskoshy6452 the polimerization shrinkage happens in more than 8 hours. if you do it in the lab makes sense. no sense in the mouth. I suggest to buy a higher quality resin with less shrinkage.
